Chiara Moio Of Quintodecimo Tasting + Dinner at Compline
Chiara Moio’s family winery, Quintodecimo, is one of the true legends of Campanian wine. Born in Dijon and trained in France, Chiara brings her enological expertise to the most important white and red indigenous grapes of Campania: Falanghina, Greco, Fiano, and Aglianico.
Join Chiara at the wine shop for a guided flight of her family’s three white wines, followed by a short walk to the restaurant for a communal dinner with two reds.
The tasting and dinner will be a 2-hour experience, from 7-9pm on Saturday, May 11.
