Led by Michelin-trained Chef Mark Dommen, the menu highlights seasonal dishes inspired by Napa and the surrounding region—thoughtfully crafted and especially compelling after dark. Guests are invited to enjoy a relaxed, elevated dining experience anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Reserve a table and enjoy a memorable meal at Hestan, where thoughtful cooking, great wine, and a genuine sense of community come together.
Kämplin is a three-week culinary residency at Compline led by Chef Sean Massey, former Executive Chef of Morimoto Napa. During the residency, Massey will redesign Compline’s dinner menu from the ground up, introducing dishes built specifically for pairing and intended to shape the restaurant’s dinner program moving forward.
