Despite the Society's academic leanings, this promises to be an infectiously fun seminar with occasional outbursts of dancing anticipated. The beer will be cold, the pizza and music will be hot.

Details: Starting off December strong with Ken Maffeo & Josh Flagg: two bay area artists making waves in the songwriting community! Ken has headed the Songbird Sessions at Lucca Bar & Grill in Benicia premiering original songwriters from all over the Bay Area. He is a great artist in his own right performing events by himself, as a duo, or with The Vintage Spirits as a full band.
Josh Flagg is another Bay Area artist who has performed around the country and has 2 full-length records out.

Instructed by Riza Plants owner, Alyssa Piombo, children will learn about plants, how they grow, and create their very own terrarium to take home!
