Charlie Palmer Steak Napa, the California Wine Country location of Chef Charlie Palmer’s modern American steakhouse housed at Archer Hotel, a boutique property in the heart of downtown Napa, will reopen its dining room for breakfast and dinner on October 1 with enhanced safety protocols. The cuisine at Charlie Palmer Steak Napa draws inspiration from Palmer’s signature Progressive American style and the bounty of the surrounding Napa Valley.

Breakfast includes an exclusive coffee bar option featuring requisite offerings from locally based Ohm Coffee Roasters. Founded by Derek Bromley, Napa Valley’s newest roaster sources “rock star” beans from the world’s great coffee origins.

Signature dishes on the dinner menu include: 21-Day Dry Aged Niman Ranch Bone-On NY Strip, Yellowfin Tuna Tartare with avocado, soy lime emulsion, ciabatta, Risotto with lobster, Meyer lemon, parmesan; Truffled Mac & Cheese with truffle bechamel, fines herbes, Oysters on the Half Shell with champagne mignonette, cocktail sauce, lemon, Surf + Turf with petite filet mignon, butter braised Maine Lobster, wilted baby spinach, potato, and Cherries + Chocolate with chocolate pink peppercorn cake, amaretto yogurt, chocolate bark and cherry sorbet.
