On this evening Melanie Clampit from Studio Be will play a variation of sounds including crystal and alchemy singing bowls, gong,chimes, and modular synthesizer. As you lay down, you will be guided through a meditative journey, setting intentions and allowing the vibrations to clear and balance your energetic body. By connecting to our inner wisdom, and the wisdom of the Earth; we can realign our mind and heart space with clarity of purpose.

What is a Soundbath ?
For those of you who are wondering what a soundbath is and what it does: therapeutic instruments such as crystal singing bowls stimulate the alpha and theta brainwave frequencies associated with meditative, clear and peaceful states of mind. Alpha brainwaves are present during light mediation, daydreaming, and deep relaxation. Theta brainwaves are present during REM dreaming sleep, deep meditation, and hypnosis. These states are considered the gateway to the subconscious mind and it’s here where we experience heightened creativity, depth of imagination, and access to the subconscious realms where deep seated healing can take place. A fantastic night of sleep usually follows!

Our sessions are designed for individualized learning, where each child will have their own dedicated workspace. Our attentive staff will be readily available to provide guidance and support to ensure a rich and personalized experience for every child.
Please note that parents will have a separate seating area during the workshop. Rest assured, our extra staff will be on hand to assist each child, making sure they have a fantastic time. We kindly request that while kids and parents are separate, each child must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This is not a drop-off event.
