The November meeting of The Rivertown Blues Society featuring Guitarist Sean Allen, Drummer Nick Carico, and Bassist Brian Courtney as they hold forth on several regional variations of the American Blues genre. Despite the Society's academic leanings, this promises to be an infectiously fun seminar with occasional outbursts of dancing anticipated. The beer will be cold, the pizza and music will be hot.

Details: Starting off December strong with Ken Maffeo & Josh Flagg: two bay area artists making waves in the songwriting community! Ken has headed the Songbird Sessions at Lucca Bar & Grill in Benicia premiering original songwriters from all over the Bay Area. He is a great artist in his own right performing events by himself, as a duo, or with The Vintage Spirits as a full band.

Josh Flagg is another Bay Area artist who has performed around the country and has 2 full-length records out.
