Get ready for a fun-filled workout that blends health, fitness, and love for nature.
Join us for a heart-pumping Pilates class surrounded by your favorite house plants!
Riza is thrilled to host another monthly ‘Pilates and Plants’ community event. This unique fusion of fitness and nature welcomes individuals of all skill levels! We’re teaming up with local instructor, Nicole Nunez, to bring you a fantastic mat Pilates class set amidst our beautiful, lush greenery.

Please bring your own yoga mat for the session.
