This summer, Compline welcomed Executive Chef Jammir Gray to the Compline team. A native of Northern California, Chef Jammir has cooked all over the United States, but she is back for her first foray into the Napa Valley food scene.
Jammir quietly fine-tuned her new menu in Compline’s kitchen for almost two months before sharing her tasty creations with guests. Look for lots of wine-friendly Mediterranean flavors, local produce, and artful dishes. Amazing hand-made pastas, killer desserts, and even a burger makeover fill out Jammir’s chalkboard menu as the season turns toward fall.
Compline is open 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays) for outdoor dining and takeout/delivery.
